Luton v Wycombe preview

Wycombe travel to relegated Luton aiming to boost their hopes of winning automatic promotion.

Chairboys looking to go second

Wycombe travel to relegated Luton aiming to boost their hopes of winning automatic League Two promotion. Luton manager Mick Harford will be without captain Kevin Nicholls for the visit of Wycombe. The midfielder was sent off for two bookable offences in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Barnet and must now serve a one-match ban while he also awaits the decision on his appeal on a separate five-match suspension. Top scorer Chris Martin will return from a two-match suspension while defender Lewis Emanuel and striker Kevin Gallen are available for selection following their respective knee and hamstring injuries.

Wycombe team news

Wycombe boss Peter Taylor will again be without Chris Zebroski and Matt Harrold. Zebroski has a hamstring problem, while Harrold is nursing an ankle injury and both men were absent for Saturday's 3-0 win over Aldershot and they will be missing for the clash at Kenilworth Road. Tommy Doherty was also missing at the weekend as he fell foul to a back injury, and the midfielder is again expected to be ruled out. Taylor has no other fresh injury or suspension worries so that means Leon Johnson (knee), Gavin Grant (personal reasons) and Scott Shearer (ankle) are the only other definite absentees. The Chairboys are hoping for a win that would move them up to second in the league and put them in a strong position to claim an automatic promotion spot.
