Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Hartlepool and Wycombe Wanderers at Victoria Park.

Pools striker Steve Howard could return to the squad for this weekend's outing. Howard missed the midweek Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Bradford due to a cut below his eye, sustained in last week's goalless draw at Torquay. Midfielder Antony Sweeney remains sidelined with the calf injury that has kept him out of the last four matches, but manager Colin Cooper has no new injury or suspension problems following his side's first win of the season on Tuesday night. Midfielder Simon Walton got a kick on the calf against Bradford but has returned to full training and will be in contention as Pools bid for their first league win of the season. The Chairboys will be without Charles Dunne when they make the long trip north east looking to make it three wins in a row. The defender, on loan with the club from Blackpool, has joined up with the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad for their qualifier with Germany but would have been unavailable anyway as he serves the last game of a three-match ban. Max Kretzschmar will hope to start having made his full debut for the Chairboys in the 2-0 win over Exeter in midweek while Josh Scowen will be assessed having missed out with an ankle injury. Manager Gareth Ainsworth made five changes to his line-up and looks likely to shuffle his pack again with Dean Morgan looking for a recall. Winger Paris Cowan-Hall remains sidelined.
